Born in the shade of the bibliothèque humaniste (Humanist Library of Sélestat), I remained attached to my town, and it will be my pleasure to help you discovering it during a stroll in which I'll show you plenty of hidden details: for example, the upper part of the city-centre buildings, and plenty of other places…  

In Alsace, there are numerous feasts and events throughout the year (Saint Nicolas, Christmas, carnival, fairs, etc…). At each feast, the Alsatians – as they are real gourmets – prepare typical culinary delicacies (narreklepfer, männele, sckenkelees…). Those dishes may be hard to pronounce, but their taste is delicious – I invite you to discover them during a walk through the city centre of Sélestat.
