We live in Alsace, a region that we love dearly, and have developed a real passion for the uniquely charming half-timbered houses.

We love walking through the streets of Sélestat and the surrounding villages, where every house front tells a story. What we also love is the atmosphere they create: warm, friendly, almost magical, especially in winter, during the Christmas markets. It's like being in a fairytale. These houses are part of the charm of Alsace, with its traditions, costumes, crockery and cuisine.

Telling the story of these houses, from the outside and the inside, is our way of keeping these fine traditions alive.
